Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Hardware Engineering with 2-3 years of experience in technical support.
Performing Active Directory and Exchange 2003 related task.
Able to perform end user support if required
Experience in Windows Server Skill set (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP), Exchange 2003, Citrix (PS 4.5), End User Support (Email/Telephonic)

Experience in database access technologies.
Experience in OR-Mapping tools like Hibernate.
